Our marriage ceremony

A stunning day arrived with stunning pace,
That seat was too comfortable to wait,
Eyes were glued at the entrance,
From where our distance will abate.

Today is our day,
We are tying the knot,
Life will dissolve in love,
Our togetherness will seal the slot.

As my eyes met your sensuous figure,
A smile lighted up in a flash,
You were so red in color,
I thought your body got a gash.

You were approaching towards your life,
Slowly and steadily, looking down,
Your shyness was wrapping your face,
You were looking most gorgeous in the town.

That red sari was looking splendid,
As if a doll wrapped in envelop,
Your cheeks were so bubbly and pink,
A feel of restlessness was starting to develop.

You came to me and we sat together,
That moment was a dream come true,
You were quietly sitting & smiling,
And your outrageous beauty looking anew.

Now it’s time to take an oath,
To love and live forever mutually,
Those seven religious rounds of fire,
Concealed our world together with integrity.

Now I was yours & you were mine,
We completed first chapter of adore,
“We will love forever” we pledged,
Still numerous hugs were in store.

This ceremony was the proof,
Of our trust, truth and care,
Our true love got its destination,
Now our sweet home will get its flair.

Everybody danced to our ceremony,
It was a memorable atmosphere,
Our lives fused as one,
We were happy uphill seventh sphere
